Jeff played Jack Steves, Who runs an organization called "Street Wise" medical aid for hookers. He was once a man prostitute who now helps other Prostitutes. 

 

The team searches for a serial killer who is targeting men who solicit prostitutes. These men who get murdered are dressed up wearing a red bra and panties, with make-up on. Left under the mattress of hotel rooms.
